This isn't delivering a specific project as such, and there is strong HR capability internally, however the business has been through significant change over the last 18 months.
You will support with embedding the managers and stakeholders with the newly formed HR shared service. You will also support with a talent management and management information initiative.
Frequent travel will be required nationwide (roughly 3 days per week) although there is an opportunity to be based from home on the days you are not visiting sites.
