MAIN DUTIES:
- Provide appropriate ER advice, counsel and guidance to UK HR and Line management at senior levels of the Organisation, applying good judgment and establishing credibility.
- Plan and manage the processes required to update organisational structures as required, including TUPE, to meet the needs of a growing business.
- Manage the implementation of agreed changes, by proving detailed guidance and support to functional management and ensuring they are fully appraised of their obligations in order to comply with the relevant legislation and best practice.
- Communicates timely and effectively to all levels of employees when issues arise; handles group communication effectively, hearing all sides of issues and demonstrating a calm, methodical & reassuring approach to addressing concerns.
As the ideal candidate you should be a Member of the CIPD (or currently studying for CIPD qualification), Educated to Degree Level, extensive experience in employee relations, performance and absence management, updating policies and disciplinary/grievance procedures.
