HEAD OF MULTICHANNEL CRM & PROMOTIONS ANALYTICS

My client is a global Betting & Gaming company based in London

An interim candidate is required to manage a new team that is responsible for the data, analytics and segmentation for our existing customer base across every channel in the estate.

A senior role, you will be managing a large, diverse & multifunctional team consisting of data scientists & analysts whose job it is to ensure that all of our promotions, above and below the line, are best in class of maximum relevance to our customers.

Alongside the team you will be managing a wide range of senior stakeholders across all channels, products and operational functions, so credibility and gravitas are critical to this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Establish a World Class single view of customers that allows for fast analysis and agile operational decision making.
- Drive IT BI function to unify customer data sets from all channels and products across the business and ensure that this data is constantly evolving to reflect the needs of the business.
- Create and maintain test frame works to measure ROI of multichannel initiatives and drive evolution of multichannel strategies.
- Take ownership of broader BI strategic issues, building strong relationships with stakeholders and looking to develop into BI leadership.
- Fully support fortress UK initiatives and membership of relevant steering committees.
- Developing insight in shop performance using location based analysis.
- Utilise Wi-Fi data from the Retail Estate to build and analyse presence data and leverage this data to drive initiative to increase customer value across all channels.
- Development and maintenance of multichannel segmentation models, ensuring that these are utilised effectively for customer communications.
- Developing insight into customer behaviour to help develop customer journey touch-points and brand development.
- Drive product and channel cross sell strategies through the use of predictive modelling to maximise returns from campaign spending.
- Guide high level business decisions through the preparation and delivery of detailed insight presentations.
- Coordinate with Research colleagues to ensure that qualitative research is carried out to support and guide internal analysis.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

- Experience of analysing data with a view to answering a business question.
- 5Yr+ experience in working with customer data.
- Experience of managing analysts and prioritising workflow.
- Experience of leading analytical teams and or projects delivering
