Interim Head of HR

My client is seeking an experienced Interim Head of HR for a period of 6 months.

The role will involve carrying out a full review of the HR function and implementation of approved changes.

The role will involve:

- Responsibility for managing the whole HR review and implementation
- Determine what the core area of HR will look like moving forwards
- Determine clearly each of the organisation's division's responsibilities
- Ensure that the business as usual work is continuing to be carried out efficiently and to the required high quality alongside the review
- Implementation of the review findings

To be considered for this opportunity you must:

- Have a proven track record of carrying out whole HR function reviews within commercial customer focused organisations
- Evidence of implementing whole HR function reviews as well s carrying out business of usual within the HR function
- Evidence of delivery in the areas of restructure and evidence of exposure to the Public Sector and Trade Unions is essential
- Extensive team management experience, with evidence of communicating at varying levels up to Board level
