My Client, an NHS organisation in the South is looking to engage an interim Head of HR to cover a period of permanent recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a large, forward thinking trust, supporting a period of transition and change.

Working as part of the senior HR team you will specifically be responsible for Clinical Support Services. You will work with the trust to look at OD and workforce, supporting them to implement change to deliver both service improvement and cost savings.

The ideal candidate for this role will have previous experience as a Head of HR or Senior HR Manager in an NHS organisation. You will also ideally have experience of delivering change.
