Integrated Services Coordinator

Job Description: My client is looking for a confident candidate with good attention to detail to join their onshore office as an Integrated Services Manager. The position, based in Dyce, operates Monday to Friday, 8.00-4.30 or 8.30-5.00 with a 1 hour lunch break (37.5 hours per week). This is an exciting opportunity and a high level of applications are expected. Responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to: * Act as the focal point between the in country Drilling and Completion teams and the company during the projects operations phase. This includes attendance at client premises for morning meetings as required. * Responsible for maintaining an accurate inventory of all equipment supplied by the company. Includes sold, rental and consignment items. * Tracking and controlling the equipment between onshore support base, offshore and return for repairs, refurbishment, storage or stock, including main items of equipment, component, spares and handling tools * Managing the ongoing supply of equipment to comply with customers drilling and completion schedule. Communicate all equipment requests to Aberdeenoffice, ensuring efficient and timely response to all customer enquiries. * Ensuring the provision of adequate storage for equipment, and also ensuring preservation, inspection and where applicable repair activities are fully defined and implemented during project and operational phases of the development. * Providing day to day technical and engineering support to customer representatives. * Provide Service & Technical support to the field employees assigned to the project. This support will include thorough pre job briefings, post job reviews and 24hr on call support. * Offshore trips to ensure that the work performed on the rig is in accordance with customer requirements. This will include monitoring the condition of all company supplied equipment, safety observation participation and the quality of toolbox talks. * Investigating any field malfunction reports and customer complaints relating to through life service and assisting with the development of reports and corrective action plans. * Issue monthly reports for the company & customer review which provide details on HSE performance, operational performance, equipment utilisation & management, upcoming equipment requirements and forecast. Requirements of the candidate: * Offshore experience of drilling and completion equipment / operations. * UKOffshore Safety Training * HNC in an Engineering Discipline * Previous experience in a similar role * Literate in Outlook, Word, Excel
