Working alongside the CCG and other associated organisations you will focus on the delivery of Integrated Care including GP Liason and Staff engagement. You will also be tasked with delivering Business Cases in conjunction with the CCG
The ideal candidate for this role will
Have previous experience of working as a Project Manager in an Acute environment
Have an understanding of the Integrated Care Agenda
Have excellent communication skills and be able to engage staff
