Our Client is seeking to engage a contractor for Infrastructure Support to continue with development of a data exchange interface, and to also manage and maintain specific components of the project. The Contractor will need to possess the specific programming skills required to maintain and continue to develop the interfaces that enable automated transmission of data. The Contractor will also be a critical stakeholder during the development of a new project upgrade.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

- Able to commence in the role on the 14th January 2013;
- Able to work individually or as part of a team;
- Qualifications and programming experience using Delphi and Oracle systems including Oracle MQ services;
- Experience in the development, maintenance and management of complex interface systems providing data transfer using web services communications extensible Mark-up Language (XML) and Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP);
- Security Clearance of Negative Vetting Level 1 (NVL1)

DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:

- Experience with the Defence ICT environment; and
- Experience with eHealth systems

This role will commence in January 2013 and it is expected that the contractor will provide services for 2 full days per week for up to 48 weeks.
