MY DUTIES:

- Level Reporting
- Gathering raw data out systems such as ServiceNow
- Service Level Analysis (Validate Service Level Reports provided by our external partner/ Penalty Claim Management/ Create Service Level Management Reports)
- IT Service Management Tool (SNOW) (Create Reports and Dashboards within SNOW/ Define and track demands of ServiceNow Implementations (such external partners) and align & plan these demands with our internal) our external partners
- Functional Testing of implemented ServiceNow demands
- Functional Testing after ServiceNow Major Releases

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-ITIL
- IT Service Management Tool Experience (ideally ServiceNow)
- Service Level Management/Reporting
- Language Skills: English, German
- Basic knowledge regarding agile methods
- Professional Experience
- MS Teams
- JIRA Confluence
