Information Technology Buyer Job

INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BUYER needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Wilmington, DE.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Working with the project team to identify the required agreements given the project plans to separate the applications and associated infrastructure.
- Determining which we can allocate the necessary quantity for the new company being formed.
- Working with legal and sourcing buyer to assign and allocate and/or negotiate terms & conditions and create white paper agreements.
- Manage, monitor and follow up with suppliers and team members to drive and track the progress for the required agreements and letters to the suppliers through to completion.
- Resource will assist in understanding the requirements of the agreements, particular licensing terms, and developing plans and strategies for separating or establishing agreements from the corporate agreements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Minimum five (5) years of experience in negotiating and managing IT Agreements, especially in the area of software and SaaS.
- In particular, require experience in terms and conditions addressing licensing software and subscriptions.
- For software and SaaS, experience in understanding different licensing types, negotiating with software suppliers - especially in areas of divestitures, and ability to interact with IT to discuss software entitlement.
