Information Systems Technician C Job

INFORMATION SYSTEMS TECHNICIAN C needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in MELBOURNE, FL

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Suite (Specifically, Access, Excel and formulas)
- Will be required to climb ladders, lift up to 40lbs, and bend, stoop, and stand for long periods.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Receives, transfers, and issues material in support of Depot activities.
- Assists with physical inventories and their reconciliation.
- Delivers and picks up material from internal GCSD Programs.
- Uses PC to update and review inventory records.
- Operate manual transmission vehicles, forklifts, and manual material handling equipment.
- Operates PC's for data entry into various inventory databases.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- High school diploma (or equivalent) and a minimum of four (4) years of experience.
- Ability to work overtime, if needed.
- Ability to climbing ladders, lifting 40 lbs, bend, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Need Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (specifically with: Access, Excel and spreadsheet formulas)

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Knowledge of material handling and stockroom knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is a plus.
- Good communication skills and the ability to be a team player to work closely with other teammates is a plus.
- Self-start with general supervision is a plus.
- Experience with Sunflower or other Asset Tracking software
- Additional knowledge in Asset tracking and logistics is a plus
