IFRS Reporting Specialist

Projektbeschreibung

Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of  quarterly and annual financial reporting  that is in compliance with internal  and external accounting policies under IFRS (balance sheet, P&L, cash flow, disclosures, board reporting package)
Participate in preparation of quarterly Board pack
Participate in preparation of annual financial statements
Reconcile IFRS to US GAAP financials on a quarterly basis
Build a robust and documented control process for external reporting
Prepare quarterly analytics in coordination with the internal reporting team
Define and build standardized and automated reports
Supporting the audit process through close liaison with external auditors
Support the department of accounting policy department in technical accounting reviews
Work in collaboration with FP&A department to prepare budget, forecasts, and reconciliation between management and legal entity reporting
Support the improvement of processes within the external reporting team

Key Capabilities:
Strong financial and commercial acumen
Ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial colleagues
Significant and complex financial analysis of activities, projects and plans
Good time management skills - ability to handle multiple priorities, organise work and meet deadlines
Strong focus on attention to detail and the desire to deliver accuracy and quality
Strong communications skills that would enable this person to potentially advance beyond his/her initial position
Strong organisation skills with a mindset of continuous process improvement
Advanced MS Excel/Access Skills
