IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-ITIL v3 know-how
-Experience with ITIL Service Catalog Management and IBM Control Desk, Administration (Skill Level 3)
-Experience with IBM Control Desk, Service Catalog / Service Request Management / Change Management (Skill Level 4)
-Experience regarding Jython (Skill Level 3)
-Familiarity with the ITD version and templates of IBM Control Desk (Skill Level 3)
-German language skills preferred
