- Realization of network planning and optimization projects for commercial GSM/WCDMA networks in doors
- Take in charge of the RF planning including link budget, simulation, and radio parameters design for GSM/WCDMA networks.
- Improvement of radio network performance by appropriate approach.
- Development of NP&NO guidelines and process for projects purposes
- Network performance statistic data analysis, drive test data analysis, signal tracing data analysis and troubleshooting to improve network performance.
- RF parameters analysis, changing proposal and implementation operation to improve the radio network performance.
- Technical communication and clarification (eg RF planning workshop) with customers and subcontractors.
