IBM Websphere Transformation Extender (WTX) Specialist (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Lead requirements gathering sessions, document requirements, develop integration map in WTX and setup whole EAI tools for end to end flow
- Work with business analyst team to develop solutions to meet requirements 
- Provide guidance to the development team during the analysis, design, development and testing of solutions
- Provide expert knowledge of application architecture and design while consulting with business and IT peers
- Apply project management expertise to improve productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, and resolve issues to ensure deliverables are complete on time and within budget
- Research and maintain knowledge in emerging technologies and the potential application to the business

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- IBM WTX/ITX development/hands on experience on WTX tools including (MAP, Type tree, Database Integration Design ,Integration Flow designer)
- IBM MQ development knowledge on SSL, channels, queues and MQIPT  
- Hands on experience with SQL complex queries 
- Understanding of Database, table views packages  
- Unix server basic commands and shell script understanding 
- Very good understanding of EAI infrastructure like firewalls, ports etc and hands on with the setup  
- Experience with Job scheduling (crontab, Control-M), log analysis of shell script on Unix servers and WTX log
- Experience in Integration Architecture and Design
- Strong knowledge of requirements gathering techniques
- Ability to lead a cross-functional team towards a common solution
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and reasoning skills to gain support of business leaders, IT colleagues, IT leadership, and supplier partners
- Knowledge of dealer network business process or ecosystem
