Our client a global investment bank is looking for a hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager to join their team in Zurich for an initial 6 months contract.
The role is a senior professional hybrid Business Analyst/Project Manager role. The Candidate is expected to bring in a high degree of business specialization and change experience in the business areas lending and finance. The candidate will work independently on BA and PM asks directly with the respective senior business stakeholder while jumping in as the deputy to the Project Managers in stakeholder meetings and steering committees.
The candidate will be responsible to work jointly with IT and business organizations to implement effective business solutions. Support of the overall project delivery to ensure that all requirements are addressed. Embrace an independent working style in parallel with providing succinct updates to a Project Lead when necessary. Work effectively in and leading working groups with diverse Business stakeholders to ensure requirements and priorities are successfully met. Face-off confidently with Project and Program Leads with high-level updates and know when to drill down at the right time.Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
Profound understanding of International Risk and Wealth Management business
Effective stakeholder management, experience in facing senior business stakeholders, and ability to engage with quantitative experts
Natural affinity towards facilitating conversations across diverse teams with competing priorities
Excellent business analysis experience within banking and financial services, including specification of business requirements
Experience in IT implementations, strong technical understanding and flair to understand complex IT landscapes
Fluent English and conversational German expected
