HSE Manager HVK Offshore

HSE SITE MANAGER - OFFSHORE - OIL AND GAS - NETHERLANDS - INTERNATIONAL - HVK- NEBOSH

Amoria Bond requires a HSE site manager for an international project for one of our clients. The contract will start be ASAP and you will be based in the Netherlands and internationally.

The role of the HSE site manager will be to ensure a programme of HSE site inspections and audits are conducted. Monitor performance against the requirements of relevant legislation. Produce, implement and maintain a safety performance measurement, review the reporting system and setting up and maintaining a permit to work system. The HSE site manager will be responsible for the overall safety of the working crew.

You must be an HSE manager with offshore experience, able to set up, implement and maintain HSE plans in English, have experience with permit to work systems and you have to at least have an NEBOSH certificate (our client highly prefers an NEBOSH Diploma).
