HRMS Program Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced business-focused HRMS PROGRAM MANAGER to join a dedicated team in Sydney's CBD. Supporting the Head of Projects you will ensure the smooth and successful delivery of the assigned program of works. You will be responsible for creating, developing and managing the Benefits Management Strategy for the program stream and ensure that the financial budgets for the program and assigned projects are in line with the client expectations.

To be successful you will have the following:

- Extensive experience a program management/leadership role within the HRMS space including knowledge of HR processes
- Minimum 7+ years experience in software and or application implementation projects
- Proven experience with Business Change Management as well as IT Change Request management procedures
- Extensive experience working within a large corporate or public sector environment on large strategic projects and complex or multiple systems
- Ability to manage and form lasting relationships with internal and external stakeholders and vendors/suppliers
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification
- Ability to effectively manage vendor engagements and contracts
- Experience in Business Transformation programs
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional problem solving skills
- High attention to detail
