HRIT Business Analyst

You have:
- proven experience applying business analysis techniques both in functional and technical domains and ideally for HR programs.
- the ability to interpret a set of business requirements and develop robust solutions (being able to uncover what the business really needs)
- an understanding of the software development life cycle and experience of working to a formal SDLC methodology.
- strong analytical, problem-solving and synthesizing skills
- worked as IT Business Analyst on a program or a project throughout its life cycle from initiation to delivery
- experience with HR processes and solutions are a plus
- experience with Fusion or other HR applications would be advantageous
- experience within HR-IT domain as well as with IT Transformation programs
- Experience in design and development of software applications
- Previous experience working with large software packages in a vendor hosted environment
- Worked as part of a global team
- Worked in a large corporate environment
- Experience working in a regulated industry
- Technical experience that includes data and system integration
- A university degree/masters relevant to business administration or information technology
- Presenting to senior management
