HR Manager - Part-Time

This is a rare opportunity for an HR Generalist to work on a part time basis of 3 days per week.

The role is based approximately 20 miles outside of London and is is within walking distance of a well-connected train station.

Due to a secondment our NHS client is looking for an experienced HR Manager/Business Partner to take day to day responsibility for a client group of approximately five hundred employees.

Reporting to the Senior HR Manager and with 1st line HR support from shared service centre you will ensure a consistent HR service is provided. This will incorporate such areas as: Advice and Guidance, Employee Relations, Sickness and Absence management and ad-hoc project work.

Your stakeholders will be mixed group and the successful individual should be used to dealing with both intelligent and challenging characters, through effective communication, influencing and relationship building skills.

We are looking for demonstratable experience in a similar role, gained within the NHS along with knowledge of ESR and a familiarity withg NHS terms and conditions.
