IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Coach HR operational resources on continuous improvement methodologies
-HR focal point within the Automotive leadership team, covering all areas of the HR function (e.g. compensation, L&D, Health & Safety, Staffing, etc.)
-Ensure HR reports, metrics and analyses are provided to assigned leadership team in support of operational reviews, key business decisions, etc.
-Responsible for designing the annual staffing plan (Workforce Plan), including regular follow up & analysis as well as continuous liaison with talent acquisition resource both internal and external
-Partner with the HR Director on the division long range plan development and identify implications for organization strategy
-Support the business decision process through proactively advising and engaging with the assigned leadership team on all HR related matters

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-B.S./B.A. degree required or combination of business experience and education
-MBA and/or additional coursework are a plus
-Profound/progressive HR experience up to senior managerial positions within preferably multi-country U.S. and European scope
-Six Sigma Green Belt certification a plus
-Experience in country/field HR work
-HR qualification/certification is an asset
-Excellent understanding of employee/industrial relations
-Excellent financial skills & business understanding
-Excellent understanding of business dynamics and organizational design
-Excellent communication & influencing skills
-Strong organizational, change management and analytic skills
-Strong intrinsic motivation, positive charisma and high degree of personal integrity, reliability and identification with the company
-Strong people management skills
-Excellent at driving accountability and results
-Cross cultural awareness
-Good German/English skills required
