HR Manager/Generalist - Reward - Performance - Talent - Stakeholder Management - Change Management - Swindon

Our client is a FTSE 100 organisation and is looking for a HR Manager/Generalist to join their team in Swindon on an initial 6 month contract basis. The successful candidate will lead, build and develop the UK and Ireland HR team to ensure growth of HR capability, talent and provide optimum performance

Responsibilities:

- Lead the effective implementation of HR processes, procedures and tools in the UK and Ireland
- Lead the UK/IRE HR team in order to support the delivery of the People agenda for the business including; Resource and Talent Management, Performance Management and Reward and Capability Development

Experience:

- Extensive HR Generalist experience including Reward & Performance, Resource and Talent Management and Employee Relations
- Extensive experience leading the effective implementation of HR processes and procedures and leading HR teams including HR Advisors and working with Supply Chain teams
- Extensive experience with change management initiatives and experience providing guidance and coaching support necessary to ensure effective transition
- Excellent relationship management skills including liaising with senior management, Stakeholders and Business Partners
