HR Manager Fixed term Contract

HR Manager urgently required for this Facilities Management & Building Services provider.

This is a fixed term contract covering maternity. Therefore you must be able to start ASAP & be interested in a 3-12 month fixed term period.

This is an extremely varied and busy role where you will prove senior level HR support to both the company and their clients. You will be well versed in generalist HR, Senior level HR support, disciplinaries, TUPE (ideally), staff and management support, hearings, ideally you will also have SAP experience, tribunals, working with the business development teams providing a high level of HR input and influence, in order to win new business, working with the L&D departments, ad-hoc national projects.

You will need to be CIPD qualified, have extensive HR experience in a management position &have experience of TUPE & SAP with a full driving licence.

£35-40k there maybe a vehicle/car allowance if travel required + 10% bonus available.
