Position's main tasks:
Senior HR business partner for the following departments/disciplines:
-Finance
-International Training Centre
-Communications
Active project member of HR projects like:
- Hay job evaluation
- global HR MTP projects
Required area of education:
Human Resources or Business Administration or Law
Professional skills:
HR skills:
-Coach, challenge and support management in building leadership, people development, organizational effectiveness and a performance culture.
-Actively participate in business strategy and operations discussions to proactively identifying people and talent issues and solutions
-Ensure a consistent application of the corporate principles, policies and (labour) regulations and escalate to HR management when necessary.
-Lead and execute (according to HR processes) processes/solutions to meet business objectives.
-Pro-actively challenge the established organizational structure to drive superior performance
Behavioural skills: organisation sensitivity, problem analysis, cooperation, can-do-mentality
Field of experience: HR within a corporate/staff environment (pref. Finance)
