Our client is a Global IT Security company. As a HR manger you will be responsible for 4 countries France, Germany, Estonia and Spain and each country has its own HR manager, all of whom will report to you.
Skills required:
- Senior International HR experience
- Experience in change management or large scale company restricting activities
- Some understanding of employment law in the French and German markets
- Experience of working in a large corporate environment (preferably technology)
