-Take care of all HR issues in his area of responsibility
-Contact Partner of works council for his area of responsibility
-Close cooperation with the FIS NER HR Director and the Headquarter in Paris
-Working closely with the Management Development Managers
-Recruiting
-Site Communication Manager for all locations unless otherwise specified
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Bachelor's degree with a specialisation in HR Management
-A good knowledge of employment law
-Familiarity with HR information and payroll systems
-International mind set
-Results orientation
-Strong written and oral communications skills
-Minimum bi-lingual (English required)
-Level of experience required for this mission: M / Sr
-Experience in a HR function within a industrial environment
