My client a FTSE 100 energy and utilities company is currently looking to recruit a HR Manager to join its team in Oxford on a contract basis. There is potential for this to turn into a permanent position after an initial contract period.
The HR Manager will be joining the Employee Relations Team which provides advice, support & coaching to line managers in the following employee relations areas such as:
-Attendance
-Disciplinary
-Performance Management
-Grievance/Bullying & Harassment
-HR Policies
-L & D
Key experience for the HR Manager includes:
-Experience in an HR operations environment
-Excellent knowledge and compliance of current Employment Law
-Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR Policies and Procedures
-Understanding of TUPE
-Experience of working with Trade Unions
-Experience of using HR systems, eg SAP, TPM
-Excellent organisation skills
-A CIPD qualification or willingness to work towards a professional HR qualification is highly desirable but not essential.
