Projektbeschreibung

HR MANAGER, with CIPD QUALIFICATION, required for INITIAL 6 MONTH CONTRACT with PUBLIC SECTOR organisation in CENTRAL GLASGOW.

Your duties will include:

- Development and delivery of strategically aligned HR practices and services and the provision of high quality advice and guidance to managers and staff.
- Provide guidance and expertise to the Executive Team on all strategic people initiatives and organisational change programmes.
- Contribute to the development of organisational design activities and provide HR support to manage the implementation and impact of organisational change and restructure initiatives
- Lead and oversee the development and delivery of key HR programmes and projects ensuring they are effectively planned and managed to achieve required outcomes.
- Direct the development, implementation and delivery of learning and development strategies and initiatives which meet the changing needs of the organisation.
- Develop particular initiatives which improve employee skills and build capacity within the management population and which lead to improved quality of leadership and people management
- Lead, manage and direct the work of the HR Team ensuring delivery of a comprehensive HR and L & D service across the company which provides effective and valued guidance, advice and support.
- Oversee the delivery of a quality HR service in support of all aspects of the employee life cycle including resource planning and recruitment, organisational change and performance management, learning and development, employee relations, equality and diversity and employee engagement and wellbeing.
- Actively engage with key stakeholders including senior managers and union representatives to effect and promote a positive employee relations environment. Provide specialist knowledge and advice in matters of dispute with the aim of achieving appropriate internal resolutions.

Experience required:

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

- Chartered CIPD membership and relevant HR qualification
- Evidence of strong leadership and skilled in managing people and systems
- Proven ability in successfully leading and delivering significant HR projects that have had measurable impace on organisational development and performance
- Demonstrable experience of organisational design and development and contributing to large scale organisational change
- Experience of providing advice and guidance on a wide range of complex HR and people matters

You will be required to either already hold a valid Disclosure Scotland certificate or be willing and able to apply for one, prior to CV submittal to the client.
