The role requires
broad generalist HR skills across a range of populations and range of seniority
strong interpersonal and relationship building skills as responsibility is based less on formal power but on sound professionalism
Dealing with ambiguity: Adaptability to manage changing agenda, and pursue development projects alongside the pressure of the period cycle and availability calls
Standing Alone: Will stand up and be counted, can be counted on when times are tough, willing to be the only champion for an idea or position, is comfortable working alone
Experience in leading HR projects or change activity
Experience of building Line Manager capability and building effective teams
Senior stakeholder management
Excellent Employment law knowledge in relation to redundancies and restructuring
