Job Mission

You are responsible for the implementation and service on the HR domains within the Customer Service (CS) departments that are based in Europe. Being part of the worldwide CS organization, there's a strong international focus and a 24/7 mentality to deliver world class service. You participate in the planning, organizing, directing, assessing and controlling of HR policies and activities within the areas of attention and within the Customer Service departments as member of the HR team.

Job Description

- Responsible for the HR business service within CS HVM Europe (High Volume Manufacturing segment of CS) within operational and general guidelines. As such you will be responsible for HR support in Germany, Ireland, France and Israel and for a limited number of employees in Italy and the UK.
- Advisory role towards Mature Products and Services business line (MPS) of our client with respect to MPS employees that are being hosted on CS HVM locations in Europe.
- Responsible for all HR activities for the Global Support Center (GSC) with 3 locations in Veldhoven, Taiwan and US.
- Responsible for all HR activities for the Training and Knowledge Management (TR and KM) department with training centra in Veldhoven, Taiwan and Korea.
- You will be part of the CS HVM Europe, GSC and TR and KM Management Teams.
- Responsible for the monitoring and processing of HR processes in above mentioned areas.
- Responsible for the translation of more general HR policies/guidelines and processes into concrete activities and deliverables within above mentioned areas.
- Freedom to determine working methods as the basis of general HR working methods in order to achieve results and propose/implement them within CS and HR.
- Covers activities like recruitment, personal (organizational/management) development, performance management and compensation and benefits.
- Is able to manage projects and lead them to results within agreed timeframe.
- Knowledgeable in the field of local policies in the different European countries where our client is present, maintaining local differences where needed while at the same time striving for uniformity.
- Ability to apply central policies on international mobility and assignment to own scope.

Education

You have a University Degree.

Experience

Experience in supporting teams with international composition and challenges.

Experience in the field of change management, organizational development, coaching, project management and compensation and benefits. Broad knowledge of HR methods and instruments.

You have 5 - 10 years experience in an all-round HR position including 3 - 5 year of experience as a HR Manager within an international organization.
