As the experienced HR manager you will be working alongside the group HR Director to help with a number of activities in preparation for European expansion.
These activities include but are not limited to:
Recruitment into the London offices and sales/medical professionals across Europe.
Finding a company car supplier.
Pension's auto enrolment - delivery of this into the business
Due to the varied nature of the role my client needs a hands on operational HR manager with a strong background in the Pharmaceutical industry. You will have a proven track record of working collaboratively to achieve deliverables.
