Delivery of revised HR procedures for the existing staff handbook, aligned to the new payroll and pension processes.

HMRC has one of the largest ICT infrastructures in the UK and as such, it is at the forefront of enabling government to work effectively and share information across departments. As part of a major change programme, HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) currently has a requirement for a Head of Employment Framework to lead on developing an Employment Framework, with specific accountabilities for turning a pay framework into a policy and process and developing HR procedures for key HR policies. The individual will also advise on the procurement of a new payroll provider.
