My client are a successful Outsource provider who have a string presence with public services mainly councils. They are increasingly there wide range of services previously run by councils and these are now being managed and delivered by our client.

We need a contract HR Manager with experience of:
TUPE process together with experience of Performance Managing employees through change, and where necessary, out of organisations.

Clearly someone with a public sector background would be preferable is essential
