HR MANAGER

A HR Manager is required urgently by Logic Engagements to work for our client, a prestigious well established renowned brand in Middlesex West London! It will be 2 month initial Contract with potential future extensions after the initial period! This is a senior position with an excellent opportunity to HR Manage across the whole business, interacting with Business Partners an alike! You must have worked in a Senior level in a Blue Chip or equivalent sized organisation to succeed in this position!

HR MANAGER ROLE:

The HR Manager will act as a Business Partner for our client to the HR Centres, ensuring that all activity exceeds the expectations for client areas through being the voice of the business. You will be fully accountable for the HR Transactional Services, including employee life cycle activity as well as UK reward and talent activity. Thus ensuring that the service offered is 100% compliant with SOx and Audit requirements, meets service level KPIs etc.

As the HR Manager your role will also entail:

- People plans that enable the business to move forward in line with strategic and functional agendas.
- A focused leadership agenda for the Commercial and HR Executive teams.
- A best in class end to end HR transactional service for the UK&I business that is continuously improving and evolving.

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED OF THE HR MANAGER:

- EXPERT KNOWLEDGE OF EMPLOYMENT LAW
- EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE ACROSS THE FULL SPECTRUM OF HR (INCLUDING TALENT AND REWARD)
- EXPERIENCED EXECUTING HR ADVICE AND DESIGNING INTERVENTIONS THAT ENABLES BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & BALANCE OF RISK VERSUS BUSINESS NEED.
