HR Manager

HR MANAGER, with public sector experience, required for INITIAL 5 MONTH CONTRACT with PUBLIC SECTOR ORGANISATION in GLASGOW.

Experience required:

- The postholder should have extensive experience as an HR generalist, specifically recent or current experience operating at a senior level of HR management.
- Experience of at a senior level of working in partnership with Trade Unions and staff side colleagues.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills are required, along with experience of managing teams through organisational change; this opportunity is working with a major team of approximately 20 team members
- Ideally with experience of working within a public sector organisation.
