HR Manager

HR MANAGER contract vacancy available in ELY

*FULL OR PART TIME HOURS CONSIDERED*

I am looking for a pro-active HR Manager who is available at relatively short notice to join our expanding client in Ely on a contract basis to cover maternity leave.

THIS IS A VARIED POSITION WHICH WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

- Management of HR team
- Heavily involved in providing HR support and guidance to the Senior Management team
- Managing performance and capability issues
- Managing any grievances, disciplinaries or absenteeism
- Providing a high level of support to management on employment law and keeping up to date with new legislation
- Managing HR related projects
- Ensuring policies and procedures are continually updated in line with legislation and company guidelines
- Employee relations
- Regular management and team meetings
- Oversee recruitment and selection

Ideally the successful applicant will be CIPD qualified with HR Management experience and excellent employment law knowledge.

Experience within the production or manufacturing sectors would be advantageous.

LOCATION: Ely
HOURS: Full or part time considered
SALARY: Excellent salary and benefits package available
DURATION: 9-12 months
