Out Energy and Utilities client has put in an urgent request for a HR manager to come and joint their team in Derby
THE ROLE:
- Lead People Transition Solution in Pursuits, responsible for building selling material, Contracting, providing people related costs.
- Stakeholder management Transition Execution: Program management and participation in actual consultation, T&C comparison and finalization, Joining and Induction.
EXPERIENCE:
- Must have recent experience as a HR manager
- Experience in the Energy and Utilities sector
- Must have very strong communication skills
