Role
* Responsible for the HR, which includes Recruitment, Employee Relations, L&D, Payroll, Engagement and Comp & Bens.
* Responsible for legal compliance & all ensuring that polices & procedures are best fit
* Provide professional advice & support to the senior management team as well as managing complex/higher risk employee relations issues and support the managers and people at head office.
* Manage relationships with key suppliers and service providers (payroll bureau, software suppliers, benefits, recruitment services)
* Work with the senior management team on succession planning and talent management.
* Responsible for all employee benefit & reward schemes, including market place reviews & ensuring alignment with business strategy & vision & values.
* Responsible for the implementation and communication of Pensions Auto-enrolment.
* Working with the team on measuring and reporting departmental KPI's and where appropriate report these to the business or management team.
* Responsibility for running and following up on our employee engagement survey
SKILLS
* Experience of working within a fast paced sector is desirable
* Highly motivated
* Excellent customer service/care skills
* Excellent time management and organisational skills - able to meet deadlines
* Excellent interpersonal skills (verbal and written) and the ability to communicate at all levels within the business
