I am looking for several NHS HR Managers to work within a large NHS trust. 1 month contract to lead on the recruitment and interviewing of medical secretaries.
Communication Skills
Providespresents complex, sensitive or contentious information to large groups.
Communicates very complex/sensitive information eg redeployment issues, workforce development strategies, employee relations, gives evidence at disciplinary & tribunal hearings/run specialist training courses, give presentations on complex HR issues.
Knowledge and Training
Highly developed specialist knowledge across work procedures, underpinned by theory and experience.
Highly specialist knowledge of HR topics acquired through degree and professional
HR qualification plus additional training or equivalent experience to masters level or equivalent
