HR Manager

- 6 MONTH CONTRACT

An experienced HR Professional is required to join this large government organisation where you will work in a challenging and multi-faceted role, lead and direct the strategic human resource aspects of major reforms and develop and implement HR plans.

Working in partnership with their clients, this role ensures the delivery of a range of responsive HR services which reflect customer-needs.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Generalist HR Manager with highly developed analytical, project management and interpersonal skills.

You should have a detailed understanding of contemporary HR practices, in particular in the NSW Public Sector, and you should also be highly skilled in the areas of employee performance and conduct.

Demonstrated success at managing service delivery teams with a focus on meeting, and exceeding client needs and expectations is required, as well as the ability to provide high-level advice and guidance to senior managers across a range of HR issues.
