Flint are seeking a HR Manager for a Human Resources team based in Maidenhead.

You will be required to have 5-15 year's experience in Human Resources staffing activities, with significant experience in proactively delivering qualified candidates and motivated, aware employees with low voluntary turnover histories to companies.

JOB SUMMARY:

You will be Responsible for a variety of activities in human resource administration. Mainly recruit, but need to have considerable knowledge on Performance management, Reward management on work related problems and conduct termination process. Maintains employee personnel records, compiles various statistical reports and ensures legal requirements that are met in terms of employee relations.

The role will cover UK, including Europe and support all-round HR activities of new footholds establishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Meet with Manager to review candidate status or to discuss new requirements, position specifications and develop a staffing plan that includes sourcing strategies, proper advertising, and discusses other means of candidate generation.
- Source qualified candidates for position openings from all available approved sources, such as: Internet database searches, recruitment job fairs, incoming Resume reviewing, networking, etc.
- As directed, may also work with the Manager in optimizing the use of outside temporary and contract consulting agencies to achieve maximum cost effectiveness and quality in production of externally sourced candidates.
- Interview and evaluate candidates to determine qualifications as compared to hiring specifications by both phone and "in-person" interviews.
- Conduct all staffing assignments and activities in compliance with sensitive intercultural needs, company policies and government regulations.

EXPERIENCE

- Experience of communicating with employees, including hire interviews and exit interviews. Keep employee relations within supported organization to monitor their job satisfaction.
- Experience of managing projects in the areas of compensation, benefits and related administrative programs, policies, guidelines, and procedures.
- Experience of managing the administration of the annual performance, compensation and promotion cycle as well as off-cycle compensation activity for corporate staff, including the processing, recording, and reporting of compensation-related actions taken on SNSE employees. Stays updated on HR and employment laws, rules, and regulations in order to assist in ensuring company compliance.

PROFILE

- Knowledge of employment laws, related government regulations, professional best practices, and industry trends as they apply to all HR staffing functions and responsibilities.
- Good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills in dealing proactively with all levels of internal and external management, vendor or agency personnel. This includes a high degree of sensitivity and change management abilities to intercultural personal and corporate dynamics.
- Basic computer skills with Microsoft business applications software, staffing software packages, Internet sources.
- The ability to write, read, interpret and act on proper understanding of technical documents, contracts or related documents based on corporate legal and customer applications, and Human Resources professional staffing and employment standards and philosophy.
