My large client requires an experienced HR Manager.

The focus will be to provides advice, support & coaching to line managers in the following employee relations areas:

Attendance
Disciplinary
Performance Management
Grievance/Bullying & Harassment
HR Policies

Assisting line managers within the business, focusing on coaching and developing their confidence so they become self-sufficient in all but the most complex of cases. There is a mix of email, telephone & face to face service delivery.

Skills & Experience

CIPD qualified or willing to work towards a professional HR qualification or demonstrable experience in an HR operations environment
Excellent knowledge and compliance of current Employment Law
Excellent knowledge and understanding of HR Policies and Procedures
Understanding of TUPE
Experience of working with Trade Unions
Experience of using HR systems, eg SAP, TPM
Excellent organisation skills
Ability to quickly build effective relationships at all levels to liaise with a range of operational colleagues and Centres of Excellence, including Legal, Occupational Health, Policy and local HR Teams in order to provide the best possible advice
Excellent engagement and communication skills in order to build relationships, providing advice and support both face to face and remotely via phone and email to managers across the UK
Engages closely with local HR teams to ensure employee relations matters are proactively managed
