HR SHARED SERVICES MANAGER 1 YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT CENTRAL LONDON

HR Manager urgently required for a 12 month fixed term contract, to work within one of the biggest Charities in the UK. An urgent requirement has come up for a HR manager with experience of setting up/managing a HR Shared service model.

The Successful candidate will be required to:

- To introduce a shared services model within the HR function
- Devise a transition plan for the exit of current staff and recruiting new personnel
- Re-engineer existing workflows
- Manage budgetary requirements
- Produce and manage a communications plan for stakeholder engagement

The role will involve implementing a new HR system, to establish a self-service proposition and a robust suite of management information.

Key skills, experie nce and qualifications required:

- Relevant experience of running and/or implementing an HR Shared Services model
- Experience of managing the coordination and delivery of key HR services
- A track record of success in creating and managing effective processes
- Experience of creating, negotiating and monitoring Service Level Agreements
- Experience in introducing, embedding and running HR systems
