HR MANAGER

Our client is a FTSE 100 company seeking a HR Manager. This candidate will be a practised HR generalist, have excellent communication and presentations skill for this world leading global betting and gaming enterprise. This role is a 3 month FTC offering a pro rata salary up to £50K (dep on exp) based in North West London.

The successful HR Manager will be capable of partnering and working effectively at corporate and international level to implement divisional and cross function strategies and drive HR initiatives that contribute to the development of the larger HR strategies across the business.

This role may be suitable for a senior HR advisor who can convincingly demonstrate the key requirements such as:

- A depth of HR generalist experience
- Strong and practised communication and presentation skills
- Confidence in a client facing role to a senior level
- Sound knowledge of Employment legislation
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related discipline.
- Customer service orientated, (internal and external customers)
- Delivery focused and solution orientated
- Retail experience preferred but not essential

This role is both demanding and rewarding. You will be required to work autonomously on the strategic deliverables at corporate and international level for our client. The successful candidate will be proficient in all HR generalist processes, confident to interact and client face at a corporate and international level and be fully hands on. This role also requires the candidate to be commercially aware and demonstrate the capability to make an immediate impact and contribution to the current work load. This is a 'hit the ground running' role.
