HR BUSINESS PARTNER (6 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to will work in partnership with our Property Services & Directorate management team, developing their capabilities to meet our challenging strategic organisational goals. Reporting to the Head of HR & Change, you will provide generalist and technical HR expertise to senior managers, champion the delivery of an integrated HR strategy & consultancy framework and facilitate the delivery of HR plans in alignment with other HR Business Partners.

Experience of change management, TUPE, restructuring and large scale organisational change is essential. Experience of working alongside commercial stakeholders, coaching and facilitation skills. Experience of resource planning is desirable

You will be able to think and act with minimum supervision, with demonstrable skills in persuading and influencing at all levels to help shape change across our organisation. You will ensure that all human resource activities meet legal, statutory, equalities and diversity and best practice requirements.

You will oversee the Performance Development Review (PDR) system for the assigned customer base ensuring that it is embraced by the organisation to develop individuals and improve performance standards on a year-by-year basis.

You will be CIPD qualified.

Good MS Excel skills are required for reporting, analysing and interpreting data.
