HR Business Partner wanted for our client in the pharmaceutical sector.
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related degree required
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a HR generalist role or as a specialist
- Understanding of business cycle as well as the ability to discuss key business issues and to understand the related people and organizational requirements
- Solid knowledge of the legal and social security regulations in Switzerland as well as of HR policies and processes
- Contributing to the development and sharing of best practices ie in performance management and development
- Languages: fluent English both written and spoken, French is an asset
YOUR TASKS:
- Helping business leaders to identify, prioritize and build organizational capabilities, behaviors, structures and processes as well as assisting line managers in forecasting and planning their talent pipeline requirements
- Implementing the global and regional HR initiatives for the local organization
- Coordinating of the annual organization and talent review cycle in collaboration with the regional and local businesses
- Managing of specific HR projects as determined and participating in functional, cross-functional and organizational development initiatives
- Identifying with client's global and local HR policies
- Reporting any adverse event or technical quality complaint
