Projektbeschreibung
Responsibilities:
. Line management of 4 HR professionals and delegating work appropriately
. The development of policies and the implementation of best practice
. Proposing changes to the working practices of the HR department
. Assisting in the preparation of appraisal documents, business cases/plans and contractual documents
. The planning and organisation of Personal Development Plans
. Assisting in workforce planning and development including the completion of workforce research and development
. Overseeing systems development
. Building relationships with health and social care organisations
Experience required:
. Educated to degree level (or equivalent experience)- evidence of continued professional development is also desirable
. Demonstrable experience of managing a team within a large and complex organisation over a range of functions
. Previous experience of communicating with a range of internal and external stakeholders
. Knowledge of supporting organisational change
. An understanding of writing and implementing organisational policies and procedures
. Experience of managing HR related projects
. The ability to managing conflicting priorities effectively and to organise your own workload
. Excellent communication skills
. Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
. Knowledge of strategy development (desirable)
. Experience of delivering presentations (desirable)
On offer is an excellent long-term contract paying up to £200/day.
