A HR Business Partner is required to join the HR team of a top bank in London. This position will cover the full spectrum of HR duties, from recent experience of volume recruitment (including sourcing, interviewing and administration) through to end to end restructuring and advising at a senior level on aspects of employee relations.
Key Skills include:
- Experience working within Financial Services
- Strong HR Generalist experience
- CIPD Certification
- Strong understanding of HR Recruitment systems
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong Organisation skills
- Excellent relationship management and communication skills
