HR Business Partner

Our Human Resources Management team work to make sure that everyone at Visa Europe is engaged, supported and productive. Their role is to provide consistent, relevant support, assisting every team, department and division in delivering Visa Europe's objectives.

As a HR Business Partner you will be an integral part senior leaders on HR policy issues. You will be responsible for the implementation, development and review of human resource working strategies to meet business objectives in line with regional and business strategies, policies and procedures, HR best practice and external legislative requirements. and undertake projects relating to the formulation, implementation, development and review of future HR policies. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Significant HR, ER and L&D experience in a commercial environment.

Experience of handling HR cyclical activity (eg salary review, performance etc)

Hold relevant HR professional qualifications (ie CIPD)

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deal with personal and sensitive issues at a middle management level.

Proven senior stakeholder management.
