My client, an NHS organisation based in the South West, are looking to hire an interim NHS HR Business Partner on a contract basis for 6 months.

The vacancy is to add further assistance into the HR department for a short term period (6 months) whilst the client is delivering a large piece of work to their customer base.

Therefore the successful candidate will need to have the following experience in order to hit the ground running:

NHS Background/experience

HR management experience up to or equivalent to Manager, Associate or Business Partner

Either specific Business Partner experience within an NHS setting, or within a role in which the individual has performed commercial/customer service related tasks and delivered HR business related objectives

Customer facing with a personal touch to building relationships with clients

Be able to set and meet KPIs within the organisation and report on KPI metrics

Confidently manage a complex workload efficiently

Have performed an advisory role within a similar NHS organisation

Support the service leads with cooperate & employee relations and sickness management .

Experience around case work.
